Our principals have been partners since 1994 and collectively bring 76 years of invaluable experience in commercial real estate. In addition to our investment services, our team also provides comprehensive, in-house leasing and management services.

We operate and lease all the buildings we own and offer third-party leasing and management as well. With our background directly tied to ownership, we manage and lease every asset as such to achieve maximum owner returns. While we are hired as a third-party manager, we act more as an investment partner working to drive investor success. 1979

Canadian owned Royal LePage buys marketing rights to Denver-based Fuller. Fuller/Royal LePage opens offices in all major Texas markets.

1986

William “Bill” G. Smith, Jr., formerly of CBRE and a development partner with Lincoln Property Company, and his financial partner buy Fuller from Royal LePage. Fuller was a large leasing, management and brokerage company through the mid 80’s to early 90’s.

1990

Bill Smith’s son, Stewart Smith, joins the company.

1992

Smith sells Fuller to Houston-based Century Development to become their leasing, management and investment brokerage operation. Smith stays on to run the operations.

1994

Century sells Fuller to Dallas-based Macfarlan Real Estate Services. The name was changed to Fuller Macfarlan. Smith stays on to run Houston based operations.

1994

Steve Darnall is hired by Fuller in Houston.

1996

Bill Smith, Stewart Smith & Steve Darnall purchase Fuller from Fuller Macfarlan. The new Fuller owners focus on placing their equity alongside partners’ equity into opportunistic commercial real estate investments.

2004

Paul Moreton joins Fuller as CFO and partner.

2019

Bill Smith retires from Fuller operations. Bill remains an active investor in Fuller sponsored real estate investments.

2020

Steve Darnall, Stewart Smith & Paul Moreton own and operate Fuller and its related entities.
