Steve is a Principal and Chief Operating Officer of Fuller Realty Interests, LLC. He has been with Fuller since 1994 and in the commercial real estate industry since 1990. He serves as Co-Managing Partner of all Fuller investment partnerships and related entities. He has been actively involved in all property acquisitions, developments, and dispositions, as well as structuring the debt and equity for all of the company’s investment partnerships. Steve has also been responsible for the successful negotiations of many of the major office leases.

Steve holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin. He is an active member and past President of the Houston Chapter of CCIM.

Stewart is a Principal of Fuller Realty Partners, LLC. He has been with Fuller since 1990 and serves as Co-Managing Partner of all Fuller investment partnerships and related entities. Stewart is responsible for all office and industrial marketing and leasing operations. He is also actively involved on the equity side of all Fuller investment partnerships.

Stewart attended the University of Texas in Austin with a focus on Economics.

Paul is a Principal of Fuller Realty Interests, LLC. He serves as Co-Managing partner of all Fuller investment partnerships and related entities. He is actively involved in the acquisition and disposition of investment assets. He aids in the management of all income-producing properties, is Fuller’s liaison with its various lenders, and is responsible for the financial reporting of Fuller’s investment partnerships.

Paul is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, where he received a BBA in Honors/Finance and MBA. His previous experience includes working in the areas of financial publishing, money management and manufacturing.

Bill served as Principal and Chairman of Fuller Realty Interests, LLC from 1986 to 2019. He retired in 2019, but remains an active investor in Fuller sponsored real estate investments.

Bill first started Fuller in 1986 after serving as a Managing Partner of Lincoln Property Company in Texas. His previous experience includes working with CB Richard Ellis and Mobil Oil Corporation. Bill has been active in the investment real estate business for over 38 years. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration/ Finance from Louisiana Tech University. Bill currently splits time between Houston and Montana with his wife Martha of 58 years.

Johnny joined Fuller in 2019 and is focused on sourcing and analyzing new acquisition opportunities and equity relationships, assisting in asset management, and executing strategic business plans for all properties.

Prior to joining Fuller, Johnny worked in the Houston office of JLL Capital Markets (formerly “HFF”).  During his career at JLL, he was involved in more than $1.6 billion in commercial real estate transactions.

In addition to his career in real estate, he proudly served in the infantry as an assaultman for the United States Marine Corps Reserve from 2013 to 2019. Johnny is a native Houstonian and attended the University of Texas at Austin and University of Georgia.

Aaron joined Fuller in 2009 and is responsible for all office leasing and marketing operations. He is also responsible for any third party leasing assignments for Fuller along with new business development.

Prior to joining Fuller, Aaron was a Senior Associate with Mohr Partners where he focused on transactional services for both local and national clients.

Aaron is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Marketing and a minor in Finance.

Gary joined Fuller in February of 2007 and oversees Fuller’s industrial and flex leasing and marketing operations. Prior to leasing, he was Senior Property Manager and helped oversee the entire Fuller property management division.

Prior to his participation with Fuller, Gary was in the consumer products service industry for over 20 years, working with national companies as a senior account manager.

Gary received a BA in Political Science from The University of Texas in Austin.

Rusty has been a part of the Fuller team since 2012. As the Senior Vice President, his primary responsibilities include overseeing the property management department, construction management, and building operations at Fuller.

Ted joined Fuller in 2021 and oversees the asset management of all active investments. He also acts as the liaison for investor relations as well as assists in due diligence and debt sourcing for new acquisitions.

Prior to joining Fuller, Ted managed a 5,800 unit multifamily portfolio for CWS Capital Partners. He began his career as an engineer working in the offshore oil & gas industry. He received an MBA from Rice University and a BS in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University.

Outside of work, he enjoys golf, bird hunting, and is an active member of Grace Bible Church.

Darris became part of the Fuller team in 2020, taking on the role of Controller. In this position, he is dedicated to managing the accounting and financial reporting for all of Fuller’s properties.

Before joining Fuller, Darris gained valuable experience at Ernst and Young and Grant Thornton, managing audits for both public and private companies in the real estate and financial services sectors. He further developed his expertise as an Accounting Manager at Stream Realty Partners, where his focus was on the accounting and reporting aspects of commercial real estate properties.

Darris is a University of Houston alumnus, holding a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting. He also holds a Certified Public Accountant license in the state of Texas.
